Yo hi readers, I am here to post again. Hahas today I want to share with you people a compo on Greed which is my homework from my tuition and I spent 3 hour to write this story out. It may be a bit no link some where but hope u all will enjoy it and tag me after reading to tell me where I can improve on. Okay?
Greed
There were no light, no table, no chair and television. What John can only see are just four plain simple walls and a toilet bowl. Inside there, he has no one to talk to as he was the only one inside there. So john sat with his head in his hands and sobbed quietly to himself at one corner and stared to reflect on himself. He knew that life would never be the same again if he has not been being so greedy. His tears welled up in his eyes and began to trickle gently down his cheeks, He felt the pain of suffering in the jail and felt guilty for the entire thing he has done. Suddenly, a torrential flashback of the past evil thing that he has done raced through his mind like a series of electromagnetic waves. All this happened in two years ago. John came from a very poor family, he have to work part time so that he will have money to contribute to his family and also pay for his university school fee at the same time as he does not want his family to suffer just because of his university school fee. The sad thing about John was that the kind of environment he has grown up in was quite hard for him as everyone around them is looking down at them as their family is poor that a lot include his relative. So he will never seek help from his relative. Even if he does, his relative also will not help them. John also has a great girlfriend who is willing to stop her studies at poly and started to work to earn money for his university fee so that he will be able to concentrate on his studies. Life for him tends to be smooth and happy until the day he have graduated and started to work in a big company.
After John had graduated from university, he manages to get a great job. He is working as an employee in a big company. He seems to be doing a great job and he was being noticed by the chairman of the big company. So there was one day he was being called by the boss to his office. Just nice when he entered in to the office of the boss, the boss was having a chat with his daughter which calls May. Her daughter beauty is unrivaled. She was wearing a purple twilight gown with a pair of pink stilettos which really suit her. She had a fair skin colour and a very smooth skin. She has a sharp face and a thin and pointed ear. The boss daughter seems to like John a lot so she asked him to go steady with her. ‘Let me think about it’ John replied. So it may take John sometime to think in order to reply her. So John was thinking it is hard to reach the manager post and what john was planning to do was to make use of May as she is the daughter of the chairman of the company. So he was thinking that maybe he should accept it as it will make his life easier and may also come from a very good background. Few days later, John called May to ask her out to meet up at star buck near his work place. John told her that he is willing to go steady with her as john wanted to quickly reach the manager post as he had enough of being look down by others people. In order to go steady with May, John has to break up with his girlfriend. So he called up her girlfriend and asked for a break, when his girlfriend heard this news, she was flung immediately into the deepest abyss of despair and hurt. After the entire thing she has done for him and yet this is the result she gets from him just because of pretty women. This causes her to suffer greatly. She gave him a tight slap. After finish what he had to say, he quickly make a move.
When he reached home, he told his parent not to care about his girlfriend anymore as they have already break up. When his father heard this news, ‘John why did he break with her’ he asked. After john has explained what happen, his father was impregnated with fury and started to threw thing at him violently. And Shouted at him ‘How can u choose a girl just because of her good background‘His father was so angry and asked him to get out from his sight and leave the house. After he have left the house, his father was died because of having a severely heart attack and by the time he was sent to the hospital it was too late. When his father was having his funeral for the next few days, John did not turn up as he was still angry with what his father do to him. After John has stead together with May for 2 month, He has really been promoted to become the manager of the company by making use of May. After he has become the manager, he became more and more greedy and started to plan to over throw May father and over take his company as human always does not know what is enough. Once they got the thing they want, they will tend to want more. So he was planning to find a way to over throw May father which is also the chairman of the company. So he started to type out a will of the chairman after that, he used some other document to stick on the paper and leave the signature part so that when the chairman sign the paper, he will be signing on the his will paper which is John typed out himself. So he went to the chairman office to let him sign the document which John had already modified it before. Without knowing any thing, the chairman signed on that document. Everything seems to be alright. Next John started to plan to kill May father as the will is only available after the person have pass away. So he was planning to meet May and his father the next morning for breakfast so that he could spike May father drinks and food and kill him. The next morning everything was carry out as what he has plan but unfortunately, before he can get a chance to spike May father drinks he was got caught by the police as the May father the chairman of the company had saw what he have done to the document as there will CCTV in every rooms and corner so unfortunately he was got caught and had be brought back to the police station to make some records and waiting for the days for him to go to the courts.
Finally, the day for him to goes to the courts for his case has came, on that day, his mother was there too. He was like so embarrass as he does not have the face to face his mother. The judge sentence him to 10 years imprisonment and 6 strokes of caning for forgery and trying to kill people by spiking people drinks. Now, as John thinks back, he would become like this is all because of his greediness. But it seems to be a bit too late to realized his mistake. So now whenever he has the time to goes out for morning PT in the jail, he will tell everyone to appreciate what they have now and not to expect too much if not they would end up like him.
